Dear Starbucks...

...will you stop focusing on saturating the larger markets and put an outlet in North Bay already?  Shit, the closest one is in Sudbury, and I'm driving the three hours there and back just for a pumpkin spice latte.  Even though I miss them!  And need more coffee beans ASAP!

There are at least three Timmy's in North Bay. I don't know what it is about them but their coffee is terrible - it tastes burnt and watery, like they overroasted the beans, and then don't use enough grounds to make the coffee. Parry Sound's Timmy's have good coffee, and there was one Timmy's in Sudbury that wasn't too bad.

On the other had, we do have a specialty coffee place here - Twiggs. They have good coffee and GREAT desserts.

Its not just Starbucks. There are 3 Starbucks, 2 Tim Hortons, 1 Second Cup and 2 independent coffee places all within walking distance of my workplace.
